Hostel Policies

• Check out time is 12.00 pm. Over the limit time you will be charged according to current fees.
  
• Visitors are not allowed. (2,000THB Fines)
  
• In hostel is non-smoking area.
  
• The hostel will not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings. A key to a locker and room will be given to each passenger during check-in.
  Please keep your money and valuable stuff with yourself.
  
• Our spa pool is free of charge. Proper swim attire required and please shower before entering the pool.
  
• Breakfast was not included, but coffee, tea, drinking water and snack are complimentary all day and free of charge.
  
• Guest can use all kitchen ware, bowl, dish, coffee cup, glass and please wash after use.
  
• Food is not allowed to bring to the rooms. (500THB Fines)
  
• The hostel has the right to deny the guests who is under influence of alcohol and behaves in a threatening or abusive manner.
  
• For luggage storage service during check-out date is free of charge after that fee is 100THB/day.
  
• The key, key card and towel must be returned on check-out. Any lost or damaged have fee.
  
  • Key or key card replacement is 300THB
  • Towel replacement is 200THB
  • Dirty mark on bed sheet, blanket or pillow will be consider case by case
  • Any damaged in hostel properties, the hostel has the right to penalty
